Refund Policy

All Consulting fees are non-refundable once services have been rendered. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Missed or late-cancelled appointments may be charged in full.

Retainer Terms:

For services requiring a retainer, the retainer fee is due in advance and is non-refundable. The retainer secures your consultation time and will be applied toward the agreed-upon services. Unused retainer funds may be credited toward future services at your discretion.
